Nobody publishes a straight price list for wedding photography in Rourkela, and there is a reason for that. Two weddings on the same date can need completely different crews. Video roughly doubles the crew and more than doubles the post production. A wedding film is weeks of editing, not hours. If budget is tight, this is the honest place to cut, and you can still add a short teaser.
Inside Rourkela this is nothing. Rajgangpur, Bonai or Sundargarh town adds fuel and time. Jharsuguda, Sambalpur or a destination wedding adds travel and stay for the whole crew. Ask for this itemised. A quote that hides travel usually reveals it later.
Almost always priced separately, and worth deciding after you have seen the photographs rather than before. A good album is a real cost, and it is also the only version of your wedding your grandchildren will actually hold.
A price far below everyone else usually means one shooter doing the work of three, no backup gear, batch preset editing, or a freelancer you have never met. Photography is one of the few wedding costs you cannot redo. There is no second attempt at the day.
